ANNAMORT/SHORTYMORT/OLDYMORT GREETS THEE!

Being Voldemort is pretty damn awesome.

The final ever Harry Potter film - I had to do something pretty special so the the GIANT HARRY POTTER GROUP was born! I love this group, everyone who participated in the group, all the photographers that shot the group and ALL the muggles that were shocked/confused/delighted that 30 or so wizards decided to walk around/catch a bus in Sydney...

Voldie's costume wasn't particularly hard but the makeup was a challenge! I have never made a prosthetic before. I took quite a few images of the process so I may post a tutorial later if anyone is interested.

4 hours it took to apply the bald cap, prosthetic mask and then the colouring... plus 4 days of waiting for the allergic reaction all over my face to clear up... SO worth it... BIG thanks need to go out to :iconalita-b-angel: I couldn't have done it without you!

I'm torn between awe and glee right now! I really love your attention to detail with the makeup--such as the nails--which I really feel takes this cosplay from good/great to superb, and you know, better adjectives than I can think of at the moment, lol.
